We keep our retreat group small and intimate, which means every booking matters. To protect the experience for all and manage costs, we have a clear cancellation and refund policy:

1. Deposit

  • A ₹7,000 deposit is required to secure your spot.

  • This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • If you pay only the deposit and cancel later, no refund will be issued.

  • Cancel before Sept 30: Refund of all payments made minus the deposit.

  • Cancel between Sept 30 – Oct 15: 50% refund of the amount paid (deposit excluded).

  • Cancel after Oct 15: No refunds.

  • If you enroll after Oct 15: Your booking is treated as final. No refunds will be given for cancellations.

  • If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another person (subject to our approval to ensure fit).

  • If the replacement participant cancels, the original booking rules still apply.

  • Referral vouchers are only issued once the referred participant has completed full payment and is no longer eligible for a refund under our cancellation policy.

  • If the referred participant cancels, the voucher is void.

  • If we must cancel the retreat, participants will receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid, including deposits.

  • We are not responsible for participant expenses beyond retreat fees (e.g., travel, visas, or accommodation outside the retreat venue).

    2. A credit towards a future Off Day retreat.

  • Refunds or credits will not exceed the amount paid to Off Day for the retreat.
